RETURNS, REFUNDS  & EXCHANGE POLICIES 

We will accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it.

All merchandise purchased from Motorcycle Helmets only is only sold in its original factory packaging with all contents supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor.  Returns must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, the manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, tags, manuals and all accessories.

Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached.  All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.  If your returns do not meet these requirements, they will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Since the helmet box is not made for shipping but for helmet storage, it can easily be damaged on the return.  PLEASE - Do not use the helmet box to ship your order back.  All packaging materials must be included with the helmet.  If your helmet appears to have been worn, it will be refused and sent back to you.

Items received by us more than 30-days after you received the merchandise cannot be accepted for a refund and your merchandise package will be returned to you.  If we receive the same late return merchandise or package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and again, as stated previously, no credit will be issued.

All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel.  If your returned item appears to be worn and/or soiled or is damaged in any way, the item will photographed by our staff before being sent back to you.  In this type situation we will not issue a credit nor will we exchange your order.

Please follow these guidelines to return your order for a refund.

You have 30 days from the date your helmet is received to return it to us.

We need you to complete the exchange slip that is included in your package so we have enough information to make sure you receive credit.  If you did not receive an exchange form, please provide us with the following information:

  • Copy of Invoice or Order #.
  • The Complete Billing Name
  • Email address used to place order.
  • List the item that you are returning to us and the reason you are making the return.
  • Detailed instructions to what you would like for us to do with your order.
  • We suggest that you make a copy of your invoice number and return paperwork for your records.
  • We also suggest sending all packages back to our office Via FedEx, UPS or DHL and keep the tracking number for your records.
  • You should insure the package as we are not responsible for lost packages. 
  • If you send back your package by the U.S.P.S, you should insure the package and make sure to get delivery confirmation.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

We offer one exchange per order and ship it for free, standard ground shipping if the original item purchased was for $100 or more.  If the original item cost was below $100, normal shipping will be charged.

If a second exchange is required, you will have to pay for the shipping charge regardless of the cost of the 1st order.  Normal ground shipping will be charged to your credit card.  Please do not send cash, personal checks or money orders as we do not accept those payment methods.  We only accept credit cards.

In the event you would like to have your item exchanged quicker, place another order for the item you wish to exchange.  Whether you are exchanging for a different item or size, return your current order so you can be issued a refund.  We cannot issue a refund until the package is received and processed.

OUT OF STOCK

If an item you order is out of stock, we try to confirm the item you ordered will be restocked.  If we are not able to confirm that it will be restocked or are not able to confirm a reasonable date to be restocked, we will contact you.  In the event we are not able to confirm an item will be restocked within 5 business days, you may be given the choice of a refund, selection of another helmet or wait until the item is restocked.

PASSAGE OF TITLE

Passage of title (or transfer of ownership) to you the buyer, occurs once the order leaves the warehouse

We discount motorcycle helmets including HJC, Shoei and ONeal as much as the manufacturer allows!
