Every weekday. We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if the items are in stock and it's not Saturday, Sunday or a holiday.

Who Pays For Return Shipping?

Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier you prefer. Make sure you keep a tracking number for your records. Motorcycle Helmets only will refund shipping charges only for returns that are the result of an error made by Motorcycle Helmets only.

What carrier should I use?

You may use the carrier of your choice. Simply address your return package to Motorcycle Helmets, only, 9550 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 253, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking information such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. If using USPS we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable.

How Do I Return Merchandise?

Fill out the return/exchange slip that is included in your package. If you did not receive a return/exchange form, please provide us with the following information.
- Copy of Invoice or Order #.
- Billing First & Last Name & Email address used to place order.
- List the item(s) that you're exchanging. Note the reason for the exchange.
- Detailed instructions to what you would like for us to do with your order, for example different size, style or color. Please indicate item and size.
- We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice number and completed exchange paperwork to keep for your records.
- Make sure to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All packages shipped from our warehouse to you are insured for the amount of the total order.
- We also suggest sending all packages back to our warehouse Via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Keep the tracking number for your records.

If you return your package VIA U.S.P.S, make sure the package is insured and you get a delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

What is the time frame for an exchange to be processed and shipped?
|
|

It depends on the exchange type:
· If you are exchanging an item for the same item, but a different size and if the item is available and in-stock, your order is usually exchanged within 3-4 business days. If you are exchanging for another item, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process your exchange and have it shipped to you.
· If you exchange an item that is a higher price or lower price, your order needs to be adjusted accordingly.

When Will My Credit Card be Credited?

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Does your free shipping apply to APO addresses and international orders?

No – our free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to any international addresses, Alaska or Hawaii.

How long does it take to process my order for shipping? |

Orders are processed every weekday, Monday through Friday. Orders received by 4pm EST for items that are in-stock usually ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. |
